Chorus at Duluth Middle

Chorus is a place where all students are accepted, regardless of their voice range or vocal ability. No previous experience is required, just a love for singing! Students will learn how to read music and how to use their voices efficiently, even through the crazy voice change years!

 

Not only do we get to sing every day in class, Chorus kids have many opportunities to perform outside of Duluth Middle School. Our choirs participate in Large Group Performance Evaluation (LGPE) every year, and students can audition for District Honor Chorus and the Georgia All-State Chorus.

 

Other exciting performance opportunities include:

• singing the National Anthem at the Gwinnett Stripers game

• singing the National Anthem at the annual Duluth Fine Arts night

• Candlelight Luncheons at the elementary schools

• Duluth Fall Festival Parade
